Example Lesson Plan

This is a lesson plan for a workshop on "Stellar Proposals and Pitches". The learning outcomes for this class are:

Students will apply the concepts discussed in class (e.g., wicked problems, ecological leadership, social innovation, systems thinking, and the six patterns of social innovation) to the Edmonton downtown bike grid case.
Students will review the letters of intent of two classmates and provide them with feedback.
Students will assess a social innovation pitch and identify the characteristics of an effective and memorable presentation.
Students will reflect on how the curse of knowledge bias can impact them when writing their letters of intent and preparing their presentations.
